PROS:

Illuminated fingertip controls - I have used it and I would newer again buy one that didn't have it.

Hepa media system - The air comes out smelling so fresh. I love it, you also will, try it.

Auto carpet height adjustment - LBU self-adjustment really works you will have no problem pushing vacuum over even the thickest pile, simply wonderful.

Cord placement - It comes out the behind the top of the bag so you'll have even more useable cord, and you don't have to hold part of the cord up to avoid running over it.

Cleaning ability - My 12 year-old carpets look cleaner, and even newer. It is excellent at removing all kind of dirt from carpet. Needless to say this vacuum has great cleaning ability.

Easily maneuverable - The LBU moves easily over the edges even on my thickest area rug without needing a kick or an extra hard push.

Lifetime led headlight - It is brighter than any other light I have ever had on a vacuum, and it is aimed at the carpet!

Lifetime belt - You wont need to replace belt over the years or ever again

Stair-cleaning handle - Makes this vacuum so much easier tu use on stairs than other models

Cord release - It is great not to have to bend and stoop all the time, it will really save you lot of nerves and time

CONS:

Stair-cleaning handle receives all the heat from the motor vent. You can either hold it on the right-side or vacuum the stairs first, before the motor gets warm.

No brush roll on/off - This means that the vacuum is intended for people with mostly carpets in their house. I have used it on my hardwood and I have not seen any damage yet. Still if you have brand new hardwood floors, be careful.

Expensive bags - They cost $5 each, but they are huge, and they are the very high quality type with fabric-like paper, so I'm still not sure, perhaps I won't need to change them so often.
